Liz Bacelar

Liz is a global AI leader who's launched AI capabilities at major organizations including Under Armour, where she leads the company’s first AI & Advanced Analytics division. Prior to that, she worked for The Estée Lauder Companies establishing the first IT Global Innovation Team and co-managing Microsoft's first AI Lab.

Before transitioning to AI leadership, she founded and exited two startups and worked as an Emmy-nominated journalist. Liz is a marathoner and volunteers teaching hiking and mountaineering to young women of multiracial backgrounds.
