Sarah Antor is the Managing Partner at Helena Capital, a growth venture capital firm investing in frontier technologies that strengthen economic, environmental & existential resilience. Sarah leads the fund‘s scale-up growth and exit teams, focusing on transatlantic expansion and strategic public and private partnerships.
Prior to launching Helena Capital, Sarah was CEO of Raymond James Germany (NYSE:RJF) and COO of the European investment banking division through its expansion into Europe reaching $100m in revenue during her tenure. Over three decades, Sarah has held multiple leadership roles across banking, law & tech at SmithBarney Morgan Stanley, First Union Securities, DWF Group and fintechs Payworks and Hawk:AI. She also served as Deputy Chief Legal Counsel for South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford from 2004-2007 drafting the first Venture Capital fund of funds for the state.
Sarah completed her studies at Tulane University, the London School of Economics and the University of South Carolina School of Law. She was Adjunct Professor at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität School of Law and the EU Business School in Munich. Sarah is fluent in English and German.
