Vy Le is the Founder and CEO of a.Kartel, a branding and operations studio working across culture, retail, and hospitality. The firm builds and supports independent businesses including Uka Beauty, Song United, Visibility Production, and Easy Tomorrow.

She also works as a strategic advisor and executive partner to companies such as For Freedoms, Mettle Health, Hwayo, Sundae School, Baron Davis Enterprises, Hiro Clark, Ace Hotel, Standard Hotels, Verve Coffee, Black Creek Capital, and Gran Ciudad in Mexico City.

With over 25 years in global retail, Vy focuses on the relationship between brand identity and operational clarity on a global level. Her work centers on long-term growth, structural discipline, and cultural relevance. She previously served as CEO of Rudy’s Barbershop prior to starting aKartel.
